Terms of Service

GramVault  •  Last updated: 25 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and DCOOS (“GramVault”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the publisher of the GramVault mobile and web application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Self-custodial software — not a financial service. The App is a software interface that lets you generate and store keys on your device and broadcast transactions to public blockchains. We never take custody of your Wallet, Recovery Phrase, keys, Tokens, or funds, and cannot recover them if lost.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance and changes

You accept these Terms by using the App. Each time you use the App you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be surfaced in the App or on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the App and, if you wish, remove your funds first.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and able to form a binding contract. You must not be a Restricted Person and must not access the App from a Restricted Jurisdiction (see §14). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App, of digital assets, and of blockchain networks is lawful where you live and where you use the App.

4. The App is self-custodial software — not a financial service

5. Your Wallet, keys, and self-custody responsibilities

6. VaultID — 6-digit code NFT (identity disclaimer)

7. Blockchain transactions are final

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once broadcast and confirmed, a transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by us or anyone. You are solely responsible for every transaction detail — recipient address or VaultID, amount, token, network, memo/comment, and fees — before you sign. Transactions require network fees (gas) paid to the Blockchain (not to us); fees fluctuate and are non-refundable, including for failed or bounced transactions.

8. Chat

Where the App offers peer-to-peer messaging, you are solely responsible for your messages and Content. You must not use chat to harass, threaten, defraud, distribute illegal content, infringe rights, or violate any law. Messages may be end-to-end encrypted and may be irretrievable if you lose your keys. We do not moderate the content of encrypted messages and cannot recover them.

9. dApp browser, TON Connect, and third-party services

The App may let you connect to third-party dApps and services (for example via TON Connect) and relies on third parties for blockchain access, token/NFT metadata, market prices, media hosting (e.g. IPFS), and notifications. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any dApp, website, smart contract, marketplace, or service you access. When you connect to or sign for a dApp, you authorise on-chain actions that we cannot reverse. Malicious dApps and contracts can drain your Wallet; only interact with those you trust.

10. Fees and taxes

We may charge fees for certain optional features (for example, VaultID minting via the web portal). Any such fee is disclosed before you incur it. Network/gas fees are separate and paid to the Blockchain. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from your use of the App or your digital-asset activity. We do not withhold or report taxes for you.

11. Acceptable use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes, for your own personal or internal business use, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, and in a manner that does not harm us, the App, or other users.

12. Prohibited uses and violations

You must not, and must not attempt to, permit, or assist any third party to:

Any use that violates this §12 is a material breach of these Terms.

13. Enforcement and consequences of violations

Because the App is self-custodial and non-custodial, we cannot access, freeze, or reverse your on-chain assets or transactions. Enforcement is limited to the parts of the service we control. Where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the law, we may, without liability and with or without notice: suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to features we operate (such as the web mint portal, discovery, metadata hosting we control, or support); remove or refuse to display Content or listings we control; block IP addresses or clients; retain and disclose information as permitted by law; and take any legal action available to us. You may report abuse or suspected violations to admin@dcoos.com.

14. Restricted Persons and Jurisdictions (sanctions & AML)

You represent and warrant that you are not, and are not acting on behalf of, a person who is: (a) named on any sanctions list administered by OFAC, the U.N., the EU, the U.K., or other applicable authorities; (b) owned or controlled by such a person; or (c) located, organised, or resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (each a “Restricted Jurisdiction”). You must not use the App if you are a Restricted Person, and you are responsible for your own sanctions and AML compliance.

15. Intellectual property

The App, its name, logo, and original content (excluding your Content, open-source components, and third-party assets) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the App for its intended purpose. The App includes open-source software provided under its own licences. You retain rights in your Content but grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate the features you use.

16. Disclaimers of warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE. We do not warrant any blockchain, token, dApp, smart contract, price feed, or third-party service, or the value, liquidity, or legality of any digital asset.

17. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge and accept the risks of digital assets and blockchains, including: extreme price volatility and total loss of value; irreversible and mistaken transactions; smart-contract bugs and exploits; network congestion, forks, and failures; loss of keys or devices; theft, phishing, and fraud; malicious or failed dApps and contracts; regulatory changes; and the failure or insolvency of third parties. You use the App at your own risk.

18. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS (INCLUDING LOSSES FROM LOST KEYS, MISTAKEN OR IRREVERSIBLE TRANSACTIONS, PRICE MOVEMENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT). OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

19. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DCOOS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right; or (d) your digital-asset transactions or interactions with dApps or other users.

20. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Because you hold your own keys, you can move your assets and delete the App without our involvement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or features we operate at any time, including for the reasons in §13. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive.

21. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the App are governed by the laws applicable at DCOOS’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.

22. Dispute resolution

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

23. Open-source and third-party notices

The App incorporates open-source and third-party software subject to their own licences. Attributions and licence texts are available in-app or on our website.

24. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Your use of the App obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to that store’s terms.
